Coverage — the sky's flood level
Picture cloud-stuff scattered across the sky — thin in some patches, thick in others.
Coverage is how high the water rises to turn that stuff into real cloud. Raise it and the flood
reaches even the thin wisps, until the whole sky goes overcast; lower it and the water falls back so only
the thickest cores still surface — separated towers with clear blue between.
